Discovery Meeting
At our initial meeting, we conduct a discovery interview. We examine your current situation, your values, the goals you would like to achieve and how we can maximize the possibility of achieving those goals. This is an in depth consultation that helps us identify where you’re at, where you want to go, and identify any gaps that may exist. We have a small number of clients and don’t decide to work with anyone until after having three in depth exploratory meetings. This relieves the pressure and helps us to focus on what is most important—you.

Investment Planning Meeting
At this meeting, we present our diagnosis of your current situation and our recommendations for how we believe we can bridge the gaps in order for you to reach your goals. This plan forms the foundation for all of our work together.

Mutual Commitment Meeting
We are ready to make a mutual decision about whether our firm can add substantial value. Should we choose to work together, we commit to each other to work toward achieving everything that is important to you and your family.

45-Day Follow Up Meeting
Paperwork can be overwhelming. We try to make your life easier by helping to organize and sort things out. We also ensure you are comfortable with our login process, and answer any questions you may have about what is happening with your money.

Regular Progress Meeting
These meetings provide us an opportunity to review any major changes in your personal or financial situation, and review your overall progress toward your long-term financial goals. We’ll also begin the implementation of advanced planning.

Stress testing is a vital tool we use to determine the right strategy to recommend for you. We start by asking lots of questions to see where you are today, where you want to go and where the gaps are. We also run computer simulations to identify hidden vulnerabilities in your investment portfolios and evaluate how well they might weather adverse events and market conditions. Our Risk Assessment Tool also helps us ensure your investment allocation is right for you.

At the end of the day we will either confirm that you are on track to meet your goals or suggest ways in which we can help, including recommending someone else if we determine that we’re not a good fit.
