It was as a twelve year old boy helping out at the family deli where Vince first learned from his father how to treat customers, work hard and grow relationships. He learned the basics, like showing up on time and doing what you say you’re going to do. He was also taught the importance of providing customers with indispensable service. He carried these lessons and applied them throughout college, and to his professional career as a financial advisor.
Vince’s personal and professional evolution continues as Managing Partner of Fair Street Advisors, formerly the Connecticut office of Sungarden Investment Research.
Vince is active with several community and charitable organizations. In 2015 he received the New Haven’s Finest award by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation given professionals who have shown exemplary leadership in both business and their communities. He and his wife Lisa are enjoying life raising their two children in Guilford, CT.

We are located at 101 Fair Street, in the historic coastal town of Guilford, Connecticut, at the Miles Dudley House (1707). This was the site of a seventeenth-century home built by Thomas Cooke, one of the original settlers of Guilford and a signer of the 1639 Guilford Covenant that established the town while the colonists were still at sea.
Upon purchasing the property, Fair Street Advisor’s Managing Partner Vince Esposito and his team lovingly invested their money, time and efforts into preserving the historic home.
Preservation runs in our DNA. It’s been our top priority for 25+ years of managing our client’s wealth. So, it’s only natural that we would take the same care and caution in preserving this historic location.
